Before Furniture and Boxes Arrive
If movers, contractors, or other people will be in the home during or after the cleaning, mention that when arranging service. Their activity can affect the results, and The Clean Society can’t be responsible for conditions created by others after the visit.
Set Realistic Expectations
We’ll complete the work listed in the quote. We can’t guarantee that a cleaning will meet every landlord’s, buyer’s, or property manager’s inspection standard. If the home’s condition differs materially from what was described, we’ll discuss options before taking on work beyond the agreed scope.

Can I reschedule a cleaning?

We generally provide the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your service. If you have preferred products or special cleaning requests, simply let us know when booking.
